Inside Sales – Temporary Customer Service Representative (4-6 month contract)
Salary: $26/hour (32-40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
– Handle calls and online chats promptly to maximize sales potential
– Manage CSR programs: warranty, order booking, national account web orders, northern Ontario direct ship
– Assist with inventory management to optimize customer satisfaction
– Ensure operational excellence in daily order management processes
– Identify and address issues, opportunities for improvement, and escalate roadblocks for constant improvement
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of call center experience
– Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Tire industry experience is a plus
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
– Strong customer relations skills with patience and courtesy
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Team player with coaching and team building skills
– Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially by phone
