- Demonstrate flexibility and ingenuity when tackling problem-solving tasks
Responsibilities:
- Skillfully prioritize appointments and demonstrate a proactive and constructive attitude in resolving conflicts as they arise
- Maintain the seamless operation of the office by overseeing supply orders and processing invoices
- Provide prompt responses to phone and email inquiries, offering general information and directing queries to the appropriate sources
- Undertake the monthly billing process for accommodations, including managing rate reductions as needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to contribute to the efficient functioning of the team
Wage: $23.50/hour
