THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
This full-time job coach position works regular business hours.
As an Employment Specialist with our human services nonprofit, your warm approach helps establish trust with participants. Conducting intakes, you skillfully uncover needs, strengths, and aspirations. Collaborating on Family Contract Amendments, you create personalized employment goals. Guiding participants, you document progress and ensure clarity on program requirements. Your collaborations extend to external partners, enhancing access to essential services. Meticulous record-keeping in FedcapCARES reflects your commitment. By maintaining communication, you ensure participants’ success. Representing Fedcap positively in the community, your professionalism shines. Your day concludes with satisfaction, knowing your cheerful dedication advances participants towards their goals, making a lasting impact.
OUR IDEAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
We’re looking for a job placement coordinator who can meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
- A valid driver’s license is required
Being fluent in Arabic, Portuguese, Somali, French, or Lingala is a plus.
