Salary: $22.00 / hour
Our client, a company that provides transportation services, located at the Ottawa Airport, is looking for a customer-oriented Crew Dispatcher to join their team on a full-time rotational basis.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Dispatch 6-7 shuttle vans for crew
- Plan route for pick up and drop offs at hotels and airport
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day – changes in schedule & vehicle issues
- Monitor and track flights for delays and plan accordingly
- Arrange taxi, tow truck or limo service for urgent pick-up for lack of available vehicles
- Schedule vehicle servicing – oil changes and/or maintenance
- Other duties as required
Required Skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience working at the airport considered a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the city – Ottawa
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts – rotational
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage and complete tasks with little to no supervision
- Team player attitude
- Must have a clean criminal record and driver’s abstract
- Must be able to work statutory holidays – days off in lieu of
The starting wage for this position is $22.00 per hour.
Hours: Bi-weeklyrotational shift 3:30am – 3:30pm
Rotational Schedule: 1st week – Mon & Tues ON, Wed & Thurs OFF, Fri – Sunday ON
2nd week – Mon & Tues OFF, Wed – Thus ON, Fri – Sunday OFF
