Express Employment Professionals Cloverdale/ Langley office’s client a very stable established German chain and sprocket manufacturer based in the Surrey is looking for an experienced Inside Salesperson.
The position is responsible for coordinating with other departments and providing service to customers. Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside sales, telephone, email and written and faxed correspondence. Maintain electronic records and systems. Directly and indirectly support outside sales.
Responsibilities
Enters operations information into the system
Acts as a liaison between warehouse and customers
Provides product pricing
Maintains inventory levels
Resolve customer service issues
Services customers via telephone, email and walk ins
Requirements
Previous experience in the chain and sprocket industry is an asset and will impact the starting wage
You will have at least 2 years inside or outside sales experience
Excellent Customer service skills and experiences
Very good communication skills in English
Good computer skills
A driver’s license
This is a Monday- Friday day job
The company offers a starting salary of $50,000- $55,000/ year (more if you have previous experience in chain and sprocket sales)
