Express Employment Professionals in Barrie, Ontario is currently recruiting Industrial Electricians for one of our busy clients in Shelburne. You would be hired directly on the company’s payroll!
Shift Structure: Rotating shifts every two weeks
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime
Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30
Wage: $32-35 /hr
What you will be doing:
- Demonstrated ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
- Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance schedules, basic documentation, and proper safety techniques
- Ensure that equipment is in good working order to prevent disruption of activities and reduce time
- Completion of Work orders and Preventative Maintenance tasks
- Implement improvements and countermeasures
- Schedule, and complete periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations. Identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair
What the company is looking for:
- Post-Secondary Education in Electrician and Electrical Programs
- Valid Electrician License (442A or 309A)
- Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the automotive industry considered an asset
- Candidate must have shift flexibility
