Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for Construction Labourers for one of our clients specializing in Restorations. Must be mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to learn new skills! Previous Restoration experience is a definite asset as is any combination of previous Construction, Carpentry, or Water Damage experience, however on-the-job training will be provided.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 8AM – 5PM
Wage: $18.00 / hr
**with an opportunity for overtime/weekend/on call shifts**
Weekend/On call: includes an additional $200.00 in your pay!
Must be reliable, have a valid G license (as you will be provided a company vehicle to access various work sites). You will be assisting carpenters on site so familiarity with hand tools is essential, and knowledge basic carpentry is helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Carpenters on site
Organizing, Measuring, Cutting, Hammering and Demolition
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Confident Driving skills
- Ability to stand, bend and lift for long period of times
- Ability to withstand dusty, dirty conditions
