Located in Edmonton, AB
Salary: $50K-$65K/year
We are seeking a Project Controls/Invoicing Clerk for our west Edmonton client. This position offers the opportunity for long-term and permanent employment with the client.
Responsibilities:
- Handling progress invoicing and Esub Project Costing.
- Processing approximately 45-60 invoices monthly across 4 divisions.
- Managing project invoicing schedules for various divisions.
- Utilizing Esub Project Costing (internal) and QuickBooks Desktop for invoicing.
- Reconciling purchase orders (POs).
- Making accounts receivable calls for outstanding invoices.
- Collaborating with vendors and suppliers, approximately 30-40 vendors, including 7 major suppliers.
- Creating jobs in QuickBooks for 10-20 projects monthly.
- Assisting in insurance policy-related tasks, including invoicing and project setup.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working in the Construction Industry is an asset.
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Esub Project Costing and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of invoices and manage project schedules.
Hours/Compensation:
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM in-office work.
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually.
