Responsibilities:
- working in shop to build stairs & railings, trim & doors – using hand & power tools, reading measurements, assist on installs as required
- Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Collaborate with the team to complete finished products
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with heavy lifting and perform physically demanding tasks that involve repetitive motions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in wood working / carpentry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, Skillsaw, Chopsaw, Measuring Tape, Drills, Screwdriver, Wrench, Orbital Sander
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and reliability to consistently meet production targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects when required.
