Express Employment Professionals are currently seeking a skilled and certified Licensed Mechanic (310S or 310T) to join the dynamic team of our client within the transportation industry.
As a licensed mechanic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of equipment, contributing to the success of our fleet and ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.
Responsibilities As a Licensed Mechanic (310S or 310T), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment, such as trucks, Madvac machines, tractors, skid steers, excavators, small diesel engines, and commercial lawn equipment.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and efficiently carrying out necessary repairs.
- Conducting electrical and hydraulic repairs when required, and utilizing welding skills as an asset.
- Completing all necessary paperwork, including detailed work orders and maintenance reports.
- Utilizing Manager Plus software knowledge to enhance maintenance tracking and efficiency (asset).
Requirements: To excel in this role, we expect the following qualifications and experiences
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Certified 310S or 310T license.
- Strong ability to diagnose mechanical problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in electrical and hydraulic repairs is highly beneficial.
- Welding skills will be considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle paperwork efficiently.
- Familiarity with Manager Plus software would be advantageous.
Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly wage: $24.00 – $28.00 / hr (Based on experience and expertise)
