A busy business in Sarnia has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an evaluation hire opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills and ability to work effectively on a computer
- Problem-solving skills to handle patient inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to follow scripts and guidelines
- Participate in professional development by setting and prioritizing goals and meeting metrics
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company guidelines, catering to a senior clientele
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands and potential travel
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks, including faxing, emailing, and stocking the waiting room
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls following provided scripts and training to schedule appointments for clinicians
- Learn and apply audiology terminology to effectively communicate with patients
- Engage in sales conversations with patients, providing information about services and products offered
- Be accountable for accurate appointment scheduling and recalls, adhering to the patient scheduling style
- Manage patient inquiries through various communication channels, including emails, texts, and phone calls
- Conduct structured intake processes for new patients, collecting necessary information and filling out required paperwork
- Enquire and ask relevant questions during phone calls to gather information for appointment booking
- Engage in daily role-play activities and watch learning videos to continuously improve phone call and sales skills
- Review own recorded phone calls to enhance training and language proficiency
Wage: $21.00/hour
