Express Employment Professionals is looking for a billingual (English & French) customer service representative with action sports product knowledge in Barrie Ontario. The ideal candidate will have product knowledge in action motorcycles.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English French)
- Provide phone and email support for all technical and warranty issues
- Support warranty inquiries
- Provide timely response and action to Dealer or Internal requests for technical information.
- Assist in resolving product issues related to owner complaints or other customer issues.
- Assist dealers as necessary to obtain needed parts, resolve product technical or customer issues.
- Accurately document contacts in the appropriate database
- Attend Corporate consumer shows and dealer meetings
- Provide support for dealer technical training modules and tracking of training.
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Minimum College diploma
- Experience with motorcycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills required, specifically Excel required
- A valid driver’s license is a job requirement
- Able to travel across Canada to support dealers as required
