Qualifications:

- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong understanding of labor relations, negotiations, and employment law counseling.
- Proven experience in employment litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and courtroom representation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- A commitment to staying updated on the latest legal developments in labor and employment law.
Responsibilities:
As a Labor and Employment Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel and representation to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice on labor and employment matters.
- Assisting clients in labor relations matters, including negotiations with labor unions and other relevant parties.
- Providing expert guidance in compliance with employment laws and regulations and offering practical solutions to complex issues.
- Representing clients in employment-related litigation, advocating on their behalf in courts or administrative agencies.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive employee handbook and employment materials
