Pay: $40k+/yr. plus commission (ability to add up to $20k to your salary in commission during your first year)
Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking a direct hire, internal Employment Specialist to join our AWARD-WINNING, growing staffing team! The successful candidate has the ability to work well in a team environment as well independently, is goal driven and loves to help associates and clients solve problems in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position requires the ability to work within a proven system while thinking outside the box and taking risks.

Job Highlights:
- Recruit, screen, and interview potential associates
- Maintain and oversee the progress and success of up to 100 associates and 40 clients at a time
- Onboard new associates and match them up to jobs based on their experience vs. skillsets clients are seeking
- Orientate new associates and explain details of the job(s)
- Fill open positions with urgency while using effective and creative methods to attract talent
- Build relationships with local businesses and their decision makers/hiring managers
- Visit local decision makers/hiring managers to tour their facilities and best understand the job they need filled
- Maintain strong documentation
What we look for:
- LONGEVITY / LOYALTY!
- 1+ year experience (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Workforce Specialist, etc.) is preferred, but not required
- 5+ years’ worth of work history is required
- Staffing industry experience is a plus
- Not afraid of cold calling local business to inquire about hiring needs/trends
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hunger, drive, and ownership mentality
