Job description: Our client, a leader in the Truck and Transport Industry, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. As a Warranty Claims Advisor, you will be part of the service department, supporting the technicians. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, Warranty expierence and customer service and a desire to learn which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warranty Claims Advisor
Location: Dartmouth NS
Pay Range: $24 per hour.
What’s the Job?
Prepares, records and submits warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciles them accordingly.
Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor.
Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
What’s Needed?
Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
Experience in a similar role
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of parts Experience in the Truck and Transport industry.
Truck and Transport parts knowledge
