We have an internal opening for a recruiter in our Fort Myers, Florida Office!

No recruiting/staffing experience required, we”re not afraid of a a clean slate, as long as you”re a goal oriented, go getter that can work well in a team setting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attracting suitable candidates through multiple job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter)
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants” knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open roles.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Connecting with clients on a daily basis to update on recruiting efforts.
- Running all pre-employment qualification checks.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to use best judgement to fill open roles.
- Ability to maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
- Ability to manage a heavy client workload.
