GBGH is looking for experienced RNs interested in working within our Float Department on a Part Time basis. The purpose of the Float Department is to provide additional support to GBGH’s three inpatient departments: 2 East – Acute Medicine, 2 North – Medical/Surgical and 1 North – CCC/Palliative/Rehab.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need the Following:
- Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario or in progress.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all patients, physicians, staff, and visitors.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Willingness to participate in process improvement.
