Employment Specialist / Inside Sales
Looking for a highly motivated and positive professional who wants to make a difference in peoples” lives. Work on a small team recruiting and placing candidates into long term jobs and careers for our clients. Perform inside sales to gain new clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates for a wide range of jobs
- Interview candidates for placement in open jobs for your clients
- Perform sales calls and in-person visits to potential new clients
- Form and maintain great client relationships
- Follow up with candidate placements in their new jobs
Requirements:
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Enjoy working with and helping people
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable with making cold calls
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Experience hiring and supervising for a company, dept, or team
- Computer literate including excellent keyboard skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Bachelor”s degree preferred
