Labor and Employment Attorney Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment law required
- Experience in Labor and Employment, Employment Litigation, and Wage & Hour preferred
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
