Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Our client in the Restoration/Restore industry is looking for 2 Project Managers/Estimators to coordinate all administrative & production functions of restoration claims. This position will also be responsible for all aspects of mitigating losses & returning affected properties to pre-loss condition.
Experience working within the Insurance industry and those with IICRC Certification are preferred, but our client is willing to provide training to the right candidates.
Job Duties:
- Collect & analyze data to determine restoration needs of project
- Prepare estimates using industry specific estimating software
- Plan, schedule & coordinate activities to meet deadlines
- Effectively communicate with multiple individuals involved in the restoration process in a timely manner
- Develop schedules and budgets
Job Requirements:
- Proven leader with a strong initiative to follow-up & close the circle of the claim/loss cycle
- Ability to coordinate multiple functions of claims in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with claims related software such as Xactimate or Encircle
- Must posess a valid Class G Ontario Drivers License with no restrictions
- Ability to operate and maintain a company-owned vehicle
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to work after hours and on Holidays when necessary
- Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check
Compensation:
- Yearly salary of $60-65k
- Commission of 10% of profits earned
