We are currently assisting with recruitment for an tremendous opportunity for a growing Agri Company in Lambton County.
The Regional Sales Manager, will drive sales of our top-quality fertilizer products to farmers in new areas like Woodstock and St. Thomas. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and represent us at industry events.
What You’ll Do:
🤝 Relationship Building: Connect with farmers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products.
💼 Sales and Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, educate customers, and negotiate deals.
🌿 Farm Visits and Assessment: Visit farms, stay updated on soil management, and assess fertilizer needs.
🎯 Product Presentations and Demos: Showcase our products and secure agreements with customers.
📈 Sales Reporting and Customer Service: Keep track of sales, provide excellent service, and prepare reports.
🕵️♂️ Market Analysis and Collaboration: Monitor the competition, collaborate with marketing, and enhance sales efforts.
🌾 Industry Representation: Shine at trade shows, conferences, and farm events to generate leads and promote our brand.
Your Essentials:
🌱 1-2 years Sales Experience: Fertilizer sales is a plus!
🗣 Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.
🎯 Proven Track Record in Ag Sales.
🚙 Willingness to Travel: Be ready for road trips to visit farmers.
🎓 Diploma in Agriculture/Agribusiness: Preferred.
🔍 Analytical Mindset: Assess soil and crop needs.
