Role Overview:
As the Manager of Membership & Partner Services, you’re at the forefront of enhancing member value. Collaborating closely with the CEO and team, you’ll align membership services with long-term business goals, craft strategies for growth and retention, and ensure our members receive exceptional benefits and services.
The Role:
11. Collaborate with the CEO: Forge a symbiotic collaboration with the CEO to seamlessly align the Membership Services Work Plan with the 3-Year Business Plan, ensuring a harmonious trajectory towards our shared goals.
22. Lead Organization-Wide Objectives: Undertake the mantle of guiding the execution of Organization-Wide Objectives and Key Results, channelling your prowess toward identified areas of focus on an annual basis.
33. Cultivate Membership Growth and Retention: Employ your strategic acumen to craft an annual Membership Growth and Retention Plan, enriching our community of members through meticulous planning and execution.
44. Coordinate Impeccable Onboarding: Exhibit seamless coordination with Chamber Staff and Volunteer Teams, ensuring a superlative and effortless member onboarding experience.
55. Elevate Benefits and Services: Elevate the expanse of Chamber benefits and services through strategic refinement, while actively seeking new partnerships to infuse our offerings with greater enrichment.
66. Expand Affinity Programs: Propel the expansion of Chamber affinity programs and member-to-member discount initiatives, broadening the spectrum of advantages for our valued members.
77. Active Presence at Chamber Events: Stand as an active and distinguished presence at Chamber events, eloquently representing our entity within the broader community fabric.
88. Synergize for Impactful Endeavors: Collaborate with Events and Marketing Managers, synergizing efforts for impactful events, resonant marketing endeavours, and captivating social media engagement.
99. Secure Noteworthy Sponsorships: Leverage your prowess alongside the CEO and Events Manager to secure noteworthy sponsorships, fortifying our initiatives with external support.
110. Swiftly Address Member Matters: Exhibit unwavering resolve in promptly addressing member-related matters, consistently upholding the pillars of our commitment to service excellence.
111. Foster Cohesion: Cultivate a work environment resonating with positivity and cohesiveness, fostering harmony among employees, volunteers, and esteemed members.
Qualifications

Experience/Education Requirements:
· A degree or diploma in business or related fields.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $68,750 to $85,000.00.
