Reputable law firm is seeking a labor andemployment attorney with 10-15 years of experience.The ideal
candidate for this position will bea team-oriented personwith strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates
shouldalso possess excellent logical and analytical thought processes, strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic,
the ability toworkindependently, and havetheinterpersonal skillsand entrepreneurial spirit necessary to develop
cohesiveclient and peerworkingrelationships.
Practice will includeadvising and representing employers onemployment law and litigation,evaluating claims, and
providing counsel and training toowners, managers, and employees. Investigatingdiscrimination and other
employment claims .Providing guidance on reasonable accommodation and disabilityissues and developinganti-
harassment policies and training. Defending employers in employment-related litigationand arbitration.
- 10 + years ofsubstantive experienceinemployment and laborlaw.
- Excellent research and writing skills.

Expected salary: $135000 – 200000 per year
