Our Brantford based client is a public accounting firm is looking for a positive and detail-oriented individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. We are willing to train the right person who is interested in this industry.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping
- HST preparation and submission
- Prepare financial reports
- Prepare personal, small business, and rental tax returns
- Prepare payroll, ROE’s, T4’s, T5’s and various other slips
- WSIB preparation and submission
- Communicate with clients on a frequent basis to provide tax-saving advice and business structuring
- Quickbooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online experience is required
Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20 hourly (depending on experience)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (Saturday’s may be required in tax season (March – April )
