JOB SUMMARY:
Tillamook Family Counseling Center (TFCC) is seeking a full-time Supported Employment Supervisor. Candidate coordinates supported employment services to referred individuals expressing a desire to engage in employment. Typically, individuals referred for supported employment services will meet the criteria of those with severe and persistent mental illness challenges. Works within the program guidelines of the evidence based IPS Supported Employment model. This is a position that will require you to spend time out in the community working with prospective employers and supported employment clients. This is a program that is based on a particular model with fidelity requirements. The ability to follow plan guidelines to build a successful program is very important. Positive people skills and motivational skills are a must. Experience supervising others is also necessary.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position 40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require longer work hours if necessary.
**Successful Passing of a UA, Background Check is required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counseling, Education, Nursing or equivalent education and work experience
- Understanding of mental health assessment and treatment of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Electronic medical records system experience
- Bilingual – English/Spanish an Asset

TFCC is certified by the Health Systems Division of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
