Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop staffing plans
- Recruit, screen, and interview job candidates
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation process
- Monitor and manage employee schedules and work hours to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Oversee and manage employee performance and attendance issues
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to staffing and hiring
- Monitor and manage staffing budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and other external recruitment sources
- Develop and implement staffing policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on staffing issues and concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in staffing and recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
