We are looking for a Luxury Sales Consultant to join the inside sales team for a luxury bathroom accessories company in South Vancouver. This established company is a leader in innovation that never fails to delight their customers with stunning decorative plumbing and hardware ideas. As the Luxury Sales Consultant you will walking clients through the showrooms, answering any related questions to product selection/ ordering, working with designers and architectures to specify the suite of products available and generating quotes which will be followed through to order completion. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese and be comfortable working with luxury clients.
Responsibilities:
- Showing clients through showrooms and answering any related questions
- In time, learn all aspects of the company’s plumbing and hardware products
- Quotation, order entry, order tracking and payment systems
- Providing high level of customer service to every customer whether they are specifically your customer or not
- Provide industry leading customer service by working collaboratively within organization
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
You must have:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a luxury sales environment
- Outstanding customer service skills where no request is too big
- Fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred)
- Proven ability to follow training plan and reach sales targets
What’s in it for you?
- Pay rate: $50-$80k dependent on experience for first 12-18 months (training period)
- Transition to 100% commission following training period (upwards of $80k by third year)
- Location: South Vancouver
