Details:
– Permanent, Full time
– Days: Monday – Friday
– Hours: 8:30AM – 5PM / 9AM – 5PM (Alternating weeks)
– In Office
– Compensation: $60k – $75k
The Role:
– Actively augment company culture, core values and performance by improving systems and processes
– Prepare contracts and manage staff performance reviews and coaching.
– Identify internal and external employment improvements and trends; recommend improvements, efficiencies, and training opportunities; assist with training implementations and deliveries.
– Visit local centers to immerse HR throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
– Degree or Diploma in human resources, business administration, program management or a related field is an asset!
– Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or related designation an asset!
