Inside Sales & Customer Service – Inventory Warehouse
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an HVAC and Plumbing Supply Wholesale Retailer in St Catharines. This position is a great mix between Inside Sales, Counter Sales and Customer Service, as well as Inventory Warehouse. This is an evaluation hire position with room for advancement and being hired on with the client. The role involves assisting a loyal client base with exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in person, on the phone, and via email with their product inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Entering Order Details into in-house computer software, data entry, inventory management
- Handling phone call inquiries, following up on customer requests and orders
- Shipping and Receiving in the warehouse, order organization and fulfilment
- Picking & packing orders, Inventory/RF Scanning
- Advising clients of product benefits, explanation of industrial parts and supplies, general understanding of HVAC and plumbing equipment will be helpful to have in conversations with clients in the trades/constructions/manufacturing industries
Skills for Success
- A drive to help customers in a polite, courteous and efficient manner
- 1-3 years of Inventory, Customer Service or Counter Sales work experience in an Industrial Supply setting
- Computer software skills, inventory management, and working with RF scanners, order fulfilment programs
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

- $19.00/hr to start
