Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory
- Possession of a high school diploma
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient handling of responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel, facilitating proficient use of essential office tools
- Familiarity with Google Drive, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint, enhancing collaboration and file management capabilities
- Ability to navigate and adapt to company-specific software, coupled with an eagerness to engage in online training opportunities
- Fluency in English, enabling clear and effective communication
- Proficiency in English reading and writing, further emphasizing effective communication and comprehension skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for potential and existing customers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service
- Collaborate with various departments to direct customer inquiries to the appropriate personnel, fostering efficient communication
- Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, displaying adeptness in managing multiple tasks
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, addressing their needs with care
- Skillfully up-sell services to customers after resolving their questions or issues, contributing to business growth
- Strive to obtain at least one customer referral per week, showcasing a commitment to client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Undertake Accounts Receivable duties as needed, ensuring accurate financial processin
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail, supporting seamless operations
- Actively participate in the company’s marketing and sales campaigns, effectively promoting services to achieve set goals
- Fulfill any additional duties and responsibilities as required to contribute to the department’s overall success
Wage: $17.50/hour
