Our client, located in the East End, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator (Electrical) to join their team. If you are a recent grad and looking for experience in the field, we want to hear from you.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Bilingual (French & English) written & spoken
- Attention to detail & time management skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Previous experience using MS Office Suite, Agile and Oasis (will train)
- Previous electrical / construction experience considered a strong asset
- Previous project coordination / management experience considered a strong asset
- Intermediate computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Duties may include but are limited to:
- Provide purchase orders to manufacturers and suppliers
- Coordinate on-site deliveries as well as on-site commissioning with technicians
- Communicate with distributors, manufacturers and/or contractors on a daily basis
- Update Project Manager and the team on the project status
- Read shop drawings, site plans and fixtures to ensure project accuracy
- Assist with technical support and troubleshooting for client post-sales
- Attend project meetings, staff meetings and in-house training
- Complete projects with invoicing
- Other duties as assigned
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year depending on experience
