Job Summary
Responsible to the Chief Operating Officer for all related sales activities. Will develop new clients
and make contact calls, via telephone and email correspondence. Follow up with internally and
externally generated sales leads while providing and maintaining positive business relationships
with the current clientele base. Prepare sales packages, including quotes, orders, and product
literature. In conjunction with the Sales, Production, and Product Development departments, will
research technical data to respond to customer queries and requirements. Will keep the Chief
Operating Officer informed of all new contacts and opportunities. Will be evaluated based on the
agreed-upon ability to achieve overall sales performance. Will be responsible for some outside sales
duties, as required.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Execute the sales plan to achieve sales targets by means of calls to current and potential
customers
● Attend industry events to develop close relationships with key choice makers among
existing and new customers
● Must be able to tow units to conduct demos to potential customers when required
● Develop and implement follow-up strategies on an ongoing basis
● Focus on consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while also providing accurate
sales forecasting
● Communicate with customers providing or coordinating customer service, quotes, and
dispute resolution by building a strong relationship between the customer and company
● Developing and servicing existing and new customers to gain and sustain long-term
relationships between clients and the company
● Contribute to the preparation of sales forecasts for the next selling year; review sales results
with the Chief Operating Officer monthly or as required/requested
● Identify, target, and acquire new customer accounts
● Remain current in company product
● Prepare and generate reports as required/requested
● Maintain a record of potential/new sales opportunities
● Will provide technical data in response to customer queries
● Keep abreast of current industry specifications, as well as relevant technology changes
● Communicate new product and service opportunities to new and prospective clients
● Maintains constant communication with contractors, distributors, and other agencies to
finalize contracts
● Attend production and sales meetings

Position Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience
● Be a mature individual capable of negotiating with business owners and customers
● Be assured and committed team player with excellent communication skills, receptive to
improving processes
● Be computer literate in the Microsoft Suite and CRM software
● Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license
● Must have a valid passport and able to travel to the USA
● Must appreciate and acknowledge working responsibilities and authorities within the
organization
● Be familiar with the Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
● Must be willing to travel
