Express Employment Professionals is looking for a temporary Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk in Bedford on behalf of our client, a leading, international construction supplies distributor. This position has full-time hours over a 5-month term with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
· Speaking with customers on the phones
· Provide pricing and information as needed
· Create a warm and friendly interaction on first contact
· Channeling incoming electronic inquiries in a timely manner
· Accurately enter orders into the system
Requirements:
· Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
· Previous reception or customer service experience is required
· Attention to detail and accuracy are important
· Strong typing skills
· A team player willing to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
· Professional and positive demeanor
Our client offers:
· Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
· No weekends!
· Full-time hours over a 5-month term with the possibility of extension
· Pay is $17.00 per hour
