We are a Toronto based Vietnamese Banh Mi shop specializing in Banh Mi sandwiches and Vietnamese street food. We are looking for an experienced cook to help out in the kitchen preparing Vietnamese food daily.

1 year to less than 3 years
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods ● Setup and stock food items and other necessary supplies
- Prepare food items by grilling, frying, sauteing and other specific Vietnamese cooking methods, recipes and standards
- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing Vietnamese sauces
- Baking daily Vietnamese bread
- Preparing Vietnamese cold cuts sausages
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment ● May set up and oversee catering orders
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
