Actively interviewing for the ideal candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ to 5+ years’ experience in Labor & Employment, Plaintiffs or Defense. Responsibilities involve common litigation activities, including negotiation, legal writing, oral advocacy, experience in wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, wage and hour, FEHA, PAGA; class action a definite plus.
