ROME — A New Homebuyer Workshop will be held at Jervis Public Library on Wednesday, April 12, hosted by First Source Federal Credit Union, according to library officials.
The workshop will start at 6 p.m. April 12 in the library’s accessible auditorium, officials said.
Presenters Cristina Ferdinand, Savannah Benoit and Jamie Buley will discuss general guidelines to preparing for a home purchase, budgeting for a down payment, and what to expect throughout the mortgage application process, officials stated.
Individual assistance can also be provided.
