Responsibilities:
- The primary emphasis of the Inside Sales /Employment Specialist is on filling job orders and inside sales activities. Matching people to jobs that are a good fit.
- Build and maintain a strong core of candidates with a variety of job skills.
- Fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in Office Services, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades and Professional positions.
- Use consultative sales techniques where strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential.
