Position Responsibilities:
- Become point of contact for associates
- Post jobs to job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Conduct phone and in person interviews with applicants
- Perform sales calls to local businesses to gain new job orders
- Place applicants in jobs that match their skills and experience
- Perform background checks and drug screens
- Maintain working knowledge of all clients and job orders
- Create applicant profile in applicant tracking system
- Conduct inquiry calls and schedule interviews with applicants
- Coach associates
- Conduct new hire safety orientation
- Perform client safety tours
- Terminate associate’s assignments
- Juggle multiple applications and software
- Create new and unique job postings
- Maintain client relations via phone, email, and in person communication
- Promote and attend local job fairs
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in an office setting
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Very comfortable with computers
- Experience with Google Docs
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
