The Employment Specialist for Office Services will manage every step of the recruiting and hiring process of administrative professionals. From sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting job offers to the selection and placement of candidates and hiring manager communications.
Do you have the following skills/experience?
- Outstanding Communicator. Written and verbal skills are superior to most
- Active networker. Create business relationships by pro-actively connecting in-person or social media
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Technologically comfortable. You are proficient in using Word, Excel, CRM and ATS tools
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, recruiting or relevant industry experience
- Associates Degree (preferred) or High School Diploma
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Ability to be flexible and work overtime as needed is a must!
Pay: $18.00/hr+ DOE
